Mobile Vending Systems

Mobile Vending Systems began in the late 1990’s when the design of the cart won the prestigious global business concept award (Moot Corp.) in Austin Texas in May 2000.

It was quickly recognized for its fantastic design and superb functionality. In September 2000, The Australian Government demonstrated the MVU and La Barista and Business Club Australia which was run in conjunction with the Sydney 2000 Olympics.

Since the beginning of this century, MVU’s have gone from strength to strength. The MVU is recognized as a highly reliable, functional and trusted mobile coffee and catering system with many large companies using the MVU as part of their operations. These include:

• Starbucks has used MVU's in Australia and New Zealand to increase its capacity during times of high demand
• MVU’s were the exclusive cart used at the America’s Cup competition in New Zealand.
• Cafe Ritazza, a wholly owned subsidiary of Compass Group has selected MVU as its standard cart to be used globally
• Accor Hotels Asia Pacific has listed MVU as their preferred cart
• Nestle Australia executed an exclusive eight year contractual arrangement to only purchase the MVU brand of cart
• And the city or Washington DC is looking to deploy MVUs over thirty five blocks to revitalize street vending (see Downtown DC business Improvement District www.downtowndc.org/ )
